Case Notes Sorted

(without the overwhelm)

A free set of Case Note Kickstarters for Counsellors who'd rather be present with clients than staring down a blank screen.

I see you.

You didn't get into counselling for the paperwork.

You got into it because you care, deeply, about the people who sit across from you. You hold space beautifully. You're intuitive, gentle, and probably the person your clients feel safest with all week.

But admin? Admin doesn't care about your soft energy. It just piles up.

Case notes sit there at 4:45pm on a Friday. The blank page feels heavier than it should. And somewhere between "I should really get to that" and actually doing it, you lose an evening you didn't have to lose.

Enter: Case Note Kickstarters

A free, done-for-you set of prompts and starter phrases designed to get you out of your own head and into a finished case note — fast.

No clinical jargon-hunting. No staring at a cursor. No taking your admin home with you (again).

Just simple, ready-to-use kickstarters that respect how your brain actually works.

Ready-to-use starter phrases across common session types

What you’ll get.

Prompts designed to reduce decision fatigue (so you're not reinventing the wheel every session)

A format that works whether you're a slow-and-steady writer or a last-minute-Friday writer

Gentle, not clinical-cold, built for neurodivergent, soft-energy practitioners

Why I made this

I'm Rach, founder of Wild Light Counselling. I'm neurodivergent myself, and I built this practice — and everything in it — for counsellors who don't fit the traditional, buttoned-up mould.

If admin drains you, that's not a personal failing. It's a systems problem. And systems can be fixed.

Case Note Kickstarters is the first small fix. It won't solve everything — but it'll get your Friday evenings back.
